Restorative Yoga
restful & mindful

Focused on rest & rejuvenation. Relaxing poses are held for 3-5 minutes each. Breathwork & meditation are cued throughout class to enhance the practice & bring you to the present moment. Intended to bring comfort & grounding to the body & mind.
Meditation
deep peace & calm

Great for those new to meditation as well as advanced students. This class includes various techniques including- guided visualization, breath work, mantra, mudra & stillness. The intention is to bring balance & peace in the present moment.
Yin Flow

a gentle & soft flow

This class is accessible for all. It combines elements of gentle flow (movement & soft strength) with yin yoga (opening up & letting go), to create a stretchy, feel-good flow! This class flows through poses in an accessible way, with pauses in yin poses to open the body & get energy flowing. This practice helps your body to find comfort, your energy to flow freely, & your mind to feel calmer.
Yin Yoga
deep stretch & release

Great for all levels & provides lots of modifications for accessibility. This practice is about opening up & letting go. By holding relaxing deep stretch poses for 3-5 minutes each, tight fascia is released, allowing energy to flow more freely. This practice is as much for your mind as it is for your body. You will leave feeling clearer & calmer, and more open & comfortable in your body.
Slow Flow
a slow & strong flow

This class moves at a slow & steady pace and invites in purposeful movements working with breath control and mindfulness practices. The slow pace gives you time to settle into each posture. The use of props & modifications are encouraged to find the best way to make each pose fit your body. This class is intended to calm and balance while helping you move with ease.

Move & Meditate
gentle & mindful

This class is wonderful for those who have never experienced meditation & yoga as well as more advanced students. The first half of class starts with a gentle yoga flow to open the body & center your energy. The last half of class works with various meditation techniques to calm & reset. The intention for this class is to bring balance and peace to mind, body & spirit.
Ebb n' Flow
an energizing flow that ends soft & mindful

The first half of class is an upbeat & strong flow to focus the mind and strengthen the body. The class ends with various types of restoration and mindfulness (restorative or yin poses, meditation, pranayama/breathwork, energy or sound healing, etc) to calm and reset. A great class if you want to feel a mix of challenged, energized, present & peaceful. Not suitable for those brand new to yoga, but great for all other levels.
Ebb n' Flow (with Prop Exploration!)
playful & aligned

The same style as our Ebb n’ Flow class, but each week highlights a different yoga prop (blocks, straps, blankets, bolsters, etc) and weaves it into both the flowing & restorative portions of class. Props create a playful approach to deepen alignment, support the body, invite new ways of experiencing familiar poses, build accessibility, and expand your options for challenge, comfort, and release.
Flow
a strong & energizing flow

A class with a little bit of everything! A mix of strong & heated core work, flowy & gentle movements, stabilizing & rooting poses, and soft & deep stretches. Centering & pranayama (breath work) throughout & finishes with some melty grounding poses & a rejuvenating savasana. Not suitable for those brand new to yoga, but great for all other levels with options to modify deeper or softer.
Flow (Intermediate)
an intermediate version of our flow class

The same style as our all levels flow class, but at an intermediate level. Moves at a faster pace & often flows one breath per movement. Great for those wanting to advance their practice, as it will offer options to dive deeper within poses. As always, there will be the space to make the practice your own with options to soften & only take poses to a place that feels right for each student.

Class Difficulty Guide
To help you understand which classes are right for you and to keep classes flowing at their intended pace, we have created a guide to class levels. When we describe difficult classes, we do not mean whether you can stand on your hands or do the splits. Our levels are separated by the knowledge you have of basic poses and flows, and the pace you want to move at. This keeps our classes flowing at the right pace, while allowing room for both modifications and advancement. If you have any questions on if a class is right for you, please let us know and we can explain further! Keep in mind, these level are unique to our studio and may not match what other studios have for labels.

Slow Pace- All Levels (& Beginner Friendly!)
These classes are suitable for all bodies. These classes move at a gentler pace than our other levels to help you find your breath and engage correctly in the poses. Both beginners and any level of practice can find benefit as we offer options to modify or go deeper. Each class moves/flows uniquely (some are more flowy and others involve longer holds), so refer to the class description for more information.
Classes offered (from gentlest to strongest)- Meditation, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Basics, Yin Yoga, Move & Meditate, Yin Flow, Slow Flow

Moderate Pace- All Levels
Not Suitable for those brand new to yoga, but very attainable for all other levels of yoga. You should feel confident in a slow flow class and should have a basic understanding of planks, warrior 1, warrior 2, and crescent lunge so you can easily find these poses when prompted. There will be minimal guidance into these, but we will help you find your way and teach you to engage properly within them. These classes move at a flowy pace. You should have enough knowledge to be able to honor your body. You are always encouraged to modify poses to fit your body. And you will also be given optional ways to deepen within poses.
Classes offered- Flow, Ebb n' Flow

Intermediate Pace- Intermediate Level
Moves at a faster pace and often flows one breath per movement. In order to keep up, you must know basic poses of Warrior 1, Warrior 2 and Crescent and be able to do a sun salutation. These poses will not be taught during class, but simply guided. But you are (as always!) able to modify. You should have an understanding of how to modify basic poses for your body. More advanced poses and concepts will be broken down with modifications offered! Be up for a challenge! We will offer difficult poses, but you are always welcome to modify or skip them!
Classes offered- Flow (Intermediate Level)
