Chakra Balancing Flow
Chakras are energy centers within our bodies where our life force energy flows. When they become blocked we can experience emotional and physical ailments. This class focuses on healing by balancing these energy centers. A moderate flow style infused with meditation, sound healing, mantras, mudras and more to help us connect deeper within. Each week we will explore different chakras learning how poses and breathing techniques work to create balance. Students will be given a clear understanding of how this balance directly relates to our wellbeing mentally and physically.

Vinyasa Flow
A class with a little bit of everything! A balance of strong & heated core work, flowy & gentle movements, stabilizing & rooting poses, and soft & deep stretches. Lots of centering and pranayama (breath work) throughout, and finishes off with some melty grounding poses and a rejuvenating savasana. Not suitable for those brand new to yoga, but great for all other levels with options to modify deeper or softer.

Vinyasa Flow (Intermediate Level)
The same style as our all levels Vinyasa Flow, but at an intermediate level. Great for those wanting to advance their practice, as it will offer options to dive deeper within poses. As always, there will be the space to make the practice your own with options to soften and only take poses to a place that feels right for each student.

Yinyasa
This class is great for all levels and provides lots of modifications to make it accessible for all. Yinyasa is a mix of gentle vinyasa and yin yoga blended together to make a stretchy, feel-good flow! Vinyasa involves elements of strengthening and energizing, while yin is all about opening up and letting go. Yin works to release tight fascia and allow energy to flow more freely. Stretchy and rejuvenating poses are held for 3-5 minutes to allow the benefits to truly sink in. In this class you will flow through poses in a gentle and accessible way, with pauses in yin poses to open the body and get energy flowing. This practice is as much for your mind as it is for your body. You will leave feeling clearer and calmer, as well as more open and comfortable in your body.

Class Difficulty Guide
To help you understand which classes are right for you and to keep classes flowing at their intended pace, we have created a guide to class levels. When we describe difficult classes, we do not mean whether you can stand on your hands or do the splits. Our levels are separated by the knowledge you have of basic poses and flows, and the pace you want to move at. This keeps our classes flowing at the right pace, while allowing room for both modifications and advancement. If you have any questions on if a class is right for you, please let us know and we can explain further! Keep in mind, these level are unique to our studio and may not match what other studios have for labels.
Slow Pace- All Levels (& Beginner Friendly!)
These classes are suitable for all bodies. These classes move at a gentler pace than our other levels to help you find your breath and engage correctly in the poses. Both beginners and any level of practice can find benefit as we offer options to modify or go deeper. Each class moves/flows uniquely (some are more flowy and others involve longer holds), so refer to the class description for more information.
Classes offered- Slow Flow, Chakra Balancing, Yinyasa, Restorative, Meditation
Moderate Pace- All Levels
Not Suitable for those brand new to yoga, but very attainable for all other levels of yoga. You should feel confident in a slow flow class and should have a basic understanding of warrior 1, warrior 2, and crescent lunge so you can easily find these poses when prompted. There will be minimal guidance into these, but we will help you find your way and teach you to engage properly within them. These classes move at a flowy pace. You should have enough knowledge to be able to honor your body. You are always encouraged to modify poses to fit your body. And you will also be given optional ways to deepen within poses.
Classes offered- Vinyasa, Flow & Let Go
Intermediate Pace- Intermediate Level
Moves at a faster pace and often flows one breath per movement. In order to keep up, you must know basic poses of Warrior 1, Warrior 2 and Crescent and be able to do a sun salutation. These poses will not be taught during class, but simply guided. But you are (as always!) able to modify. You should have an understanding of how to modify basic poses for your body. More advanced poses and concepts will be broken down with modifications offered! Be up for a challenge! We will offer difficult poses, but you are always welcome to modify or skip them!
