Do I have to pre-register for classes?
Yes. Sign up is required for all classes. This is to ensure we have enough space for all participants and because we will cancel a class if there are zero sign ups.

When should I show up for class?
Doors open for class 10 minutes prior to the start of class. Please refrain from knocking if you arrive earlier than this as we may have another class happening. Doors are locked 5 minutes into class. If you are going to be late, be sure to email us or message us on the app to let us know you are coming.
I am a beginner to yoga, which classes should I take?
Our Yinyasa classes are the best for beginners learning the poses. Another great option is our Slow Flow class. It has a little more movement, but is still very accessible for beginners. We also recommend Restorative Yoga if you are looking for a more restful and meditative class with minimal movement to start. Additionally, we offer 1-1 sessions tailored to the individual. If you are unsure about where to start, feel free to reach out to us through our contact page.

What props should I bring with me? Do you have any props available for use in the studio?
We recommend bringing your own yoga mat and a water. We have bolsters, blocks, straps, yoga mats and blankets available for use. You are also welcome to bring your own props if you would rather.
What if I have a physical limitation?
Check with your doctor before attending classes to know if the practice is okay for you. Let the teacher know before the start of class if you have any injuries or limitations. We offer modifications on poses to help them fit your body. If there is a pose that does not work for you, we encourage skipping it. This practice is intended to enhance your well-being and we strive to be welcoming of all bodies.
Do you offer a discount for military/veterans/seniors/students?
Yes! We offer 5% off for military, veterans, seniors 65+ and students. Please create an account and then reach out to us with a valid ID and we will add the discount code to your account. This excludes intro offers and cannot be combined with other discounts. Discount must be used at purchase and cannot be redeemed after purchase.
