Yoga Basics Series
Sundays at 8:30am-9:30am
January 4th, 2026- February 8th, 2026​

*weekly attendance is not required for our series classes*
In this class, students will be gently guided through a slower paced class focusing on foundational yoga poses. Come learn in a safe and supportive environment, as you gain confidence to enter into our other yoga classes. There will be time set aside after class for any questions you may have. This class is specifically designed for those who are new to yoga, so there is no previous experience required.
This class will teach students the basic postures seen in most yoga classes- basic standing and seated and balancing poses, simply breathing techniques, and basic sun salutations. You will also learn how to modify poses to fit your body. Yoga is never about forcing your body into a pose. We believe yoga should involve listening to your body and finding the best way to practice that fits you. Students will leave this class feeling confident and supported in the start of their yoga journey.

Mantra & Mala Meditation​
Friday, January 16th 2026– 6:30pm- 7:00pm

In this class, we will briefly go over how to use a mala for meditation. We will then put this into practice as we sit together and chant a mantra. The mantra chosen for this practice will help us to find deep peace and serenity.
Note- A mala is required for the full effect of this class! I have malas available for sale for $15 each (let me know a couple days ahead of time so I can be sure to have enough!) or you can bring your own. You are also more than welcome to chant along and not use a mala if you prefer!

Sound Healing
Friday, January 30th 2026– 7:00pm-8:00pm
Friday, February 20th 2026– 7:00pm-8:00pm

​Sound Healing Sessions provide deep energetic healing. The vibrations work to release blockages, bring balance, and add energy to the chakras. The intention is for students to feel a sense of grounding while connecting to their own inner guidance and their own authentic and divine nature. Students lay comfortably as they are guided into a visualization. In this state, students will relax and find balance among the energy and vibrations of the space.

Heart Healing Meditation
Friday, February 13th, 2026– 6:45pm-7:45pm

Maria begins her Heart Healing Meditation with all participants either laying or sitting comfortably. She will take them through a guided meditation assisting each individual to focus within their own hearts. Through intuitive sensing Maria collectively releases deep-rooted & unprocessed emotions from the body. While still in the meditative state each participant will receive individual hands-on energy healing.
This is followed by being immersed in the calming sounds and vibrations of instruments and crystal singing bowls. The total immersive experience of Maria’s Heart Healing Meditation promotes relaxation, reduced stress and improves overall wellbeing as each individual begins their personal journey of remembering who they truly are to shine through.

Yoga Breakdown Series
Sundays at 8:30am-9:30am
February 22nd, 2026- March 29th, 2026​

This series will give you a deeper understanding of yoga. The classes will focus on improving alignment and other ways you can build upon your own practice- physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
No matter where you are on your yoga journey (newer or more seasoned) there are always extra layers you can add on to the practice. Whether that’s breath or mindfulness, deeper understanding of alignment or energetic body, subtle engagements and strength, or how to modify more complex movements to fit your unique body! This class teaches you about the yoga practice as a whole and how to uplevel your own practice and understanding to find a place that feels more unifying and connected, more grounded and supported, and brings more freedom and integrity!
(This class is working on building upon an existing yoga practice, so it’s not suitable for those who are brand new to yoga.)

Cost- you may use any class package or membership to attend!

Reiki Experience Meditation
Friday, March 6th 2026– 6:45pm- 7:30pm

In a Reiki Experience, you are guided into a meditation and drawn through an experience where you receive healing energy directly from source. This is not a hands on treatment- instead, the practitioner holds space while the Reiki energy surrounds you and works to heal specific issues. This is done while the students rest comfortably- typically laying down, but can be seated.
In the March event, we will go through an experience that brings a sense of oneness, connection and flow.​

Spring Equinox Yoga Nidra Meditation​​
Friday, March 20th, 2026– 6:30pm-7:15pm

Yoga Nidra is an ancient practice that allows you to move through the energetic layers of the self to access true bliss. In this meditation, you will be guided to the liminal place between wake and sleep where you can experience deep rest and restoration, clear and relax the mind, ease depression and anxiety, reignite your creativity, and activate intention and manifestation. This practice is done entirely laying down.

Seasons of Yoga Workshop: Mindful Movement through the Seasons: Spring
Sunday, March 22nd 2025– 4:00pm- 5:15pm

​Spring is a time of rebirth, grounding, and mindful renewal. In this seasonal practice, we will work with light—both within and around us—as a symbol of growth and awakening. Together, we’ll explore pranayama- the breath work that supports and cultivates our life force energy. Gentle yoga postures will help awaken the body and root us in the present moment, followed by reflective journaling to explore themes of light, renewal, and possibility. We’ll close with a guided meditation, inviting clarity, balance, and a sense of spacious calm.

Join Victoria Rojas & Pete Tobin in this dynamic, all levels vinyasa flow class. Feel the music flow through your body as Pete plays his acoustic guitar, while Victoria teaches class. We will ease in and out of a variety of poses, finding different ways to grow the sensation of each stretch, and feel stability through the body. Candlelight Reiki & Restorative Yoga​
​In this class, you will be guided through a restorative yoga practice while receiving hands-on Reiki healing. We set a safe space for you to relax, let go, and heal.
Restorative yoga is all about rest and rejuvenation. Relaxing poses are held for 3-5 minutes each. These poses are done on the floor supported with props to provide optimal comfort. Breathwork and meditation are cued throughout class to enhance the practice and bring you to the present moment.
Reiki is an ancient form of healing that works to guide life force energy to heal the body, mind, and spirit. The practitioner lightly places hands over the client and works as a channel for this energy to flow. It activates the natural healing process and brings balance to the chakras. Reiki works to calm the mind, bring emotional balance, reduce stress, build confidence, improve sleep, aid digestion, ease tension, relax tight muscles, promote pain relief and so much more.
Victoria will guide restorative yoga, while Reiki Master, Ann Boisvert, provides hands on healing.

Mini New Moon Yoga & Art Retreat

Step into an enchanting evening where the realms of art and consciousness seamlessly merge. As the sun sets, participants find themselves in a carefully curated space, bathed in soft ambient lighting and accompanied by soothing music, setting the stage for a transformative exploration.
This mini evening retreat begins with a 40-minute yoga flow, which sets the stage for a guided integrated arts session. This session encourages playfulness, follows the thread of intuition. and invites reflection as insights emerge from the art created. No prior art experience is required. Indulge in herbal tea and a small snack provided to enhance your relaxation during this rejuvenating experience.

Finding the Present Moment & Increasing Positive Energy
​Sunday, June 2nd 4:30pm-7:00pm

This event will feel like a mini retreat! Class will start with centering practices and a slow moving, feel good yoga class. There will be gentle movements matching with breath to awaken energy, and longer held yin poses to open the body. 
We will then move into a meditation practice that involves focusing on the chakras and how to optimize the energy flow to each one. Within this visualization practice, we will find curiosity and playfulness as we create mandalas to represent our energy flow. 
We will mindfully drink tea together, connect and reflect about what it feels like to be fully in the present moment, and end class with a gong bath. 
You will leave feeling blissed out, centered, and ready to enjoy the present moment.

Kundalini Yoga & Gong Bath

Alignment Workshop
​This workshop is designed for all levels! We focus on proper alignment, modifications, and how to breathe into each pose. We will incorporate flows to build energy, then hold certain poses for a longer duration to give time to really find yourself in each pose. Lots of cues and adjustments are given for proper alignment and modifications are offered to soften or deepen poses depending on what you need. If you are a beginner, you will learn the poses and how to access them properly for your body type. If you are more familiar with yoga, you will fine tune your practice and find time to focus on the breath in each pose.
